Marketing and Communications Manager

Are you passionate about making a real impact in the lives of Syrian communities? Action Syria is looking for a talented Marketing and Communications Manager to lead our communications and marketing efforts and help us amplify our mission.

About the Role:
Based in London (hybrid working), this full-time, permanent role is at the heart of our mission. You’ll work closely with our CEO and fundraising team to:

• Develop and implement a strategic communications and marketing plan.
• Manage our annual communications calendar and create impactful, consistent content across platforms.
• Strengthen our brand presence and build media relationships.
• Align communications with fundraising strategies to maximize our reach and impact.

Who We’re Looking For:
You’re a positive, proactive communicator with:

• Experience in strategic marketing and communications, including digital and storytelling.
• Strong social media management skills, with knowledge of design tools.
• Excellent relationship-building abilities, internally and externally.
• Charity sector experience or fundraising knowledge (a bonus, not essential).
