We’re a small, forward-thinking charity which believes in giving Syrians a hand up, not a handout. We're teaching 80 Syrian refugee children, and delivering prosthetics to amputees in north-west Syria. We are also working with our partners to assess how we can best respond in Syria’s new phase post the Assad regime. As Syria begins to rebuild, we’re here for as long as we’re needed.

Abjad Initiative for Education is an independent non-profit working to ensure that children and youth affected by displacement have access to education, hope and a sense of belonging. Abjad design educational programs focused on empowering children and youth with the knowledge and skills they need to thrive.
