Tickets for Action Syria Carols 2025 are now on sale!

• Once you’ve bought tickets, your confirmation email will serve as your ticket—we’d recommend having a copy of this on your phone. When you get here, simply give your name at the door, and we’ll take care of the rest!

Our Carols are a true community event with seats sold on a first-come first-served basis (you never know who you might be sat next to!). Please be aware that some seats may have obstructed views, so arrive early to ensure the best seating and avoid disappointment.

Life happens, and we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know at least five days before the event, and we’ll happily issue a refund. This helps us ensure no seat goes to waste and the evening raises maximum funds for our health and education projects for Syrian communities. If you can’t cancel five days in advance, consider gifting your ticket to a friend. 

We want everyone to feel welcome at our events. If you have any specific access needs, please let us know when booking your tickets. Whether it’s wheelchair access, dietary restrictions, or any other accommodations, we’re here to make sure you have an enjoyable experience. 

Please note that the toilet facilities at St Bartholomew the Great are not wheelchair accessible. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

After the service, treat yourself to a complimentary mince pie and a festive drink! If you’d like, you can make a small donation for your drink (or drinks) to help us raise even more funds for our vital work.
