Join us at our annual carol concert, in the heart of London. On this magical evening, every carol sung, and every candle lit is a step towards a brighter future for vulnerable Syrian communities.

2024's Action Syria Carols

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the 10th Annual Candlelit Concert at St Bartholomew the Great on 27 November. We had readings from Michael Morpurgo and other special guests, delicious bowl food from Toum&Tahini, and festive drinks.

Your support is helping families in Syria, Lebanon, and Turkey access vital medical care and education, both daily and in emergencies.

  • Buying tickets

    Tickets for the 2025 event will go on sale in autumn.

    • Once you’ve bought tickets, your confirmation email will serve as your ticket—we’d recommend having a copy of this on your phone. When you get here, simply give your name at the door, and we’ll take care of the rest!
  • Seating arrangements

    Our Carols are a true community event with seats sold on a first-come first-served basis (you never know who you might be sat next to!).  Please be aware that some seats may have obstructed views, so arrive early to ensure the best seating and avoid disappointment.

  • Cancellation policy

    Life happens, and we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know at least five days before the event, and we’ll happily issue a refund. This helps us ensure no seat goes to waste and the evening raises maximum funds for our aid projects in Syria. If you can’t cancel five days in advance, consider gifting your ticket to a friend. 

  • Accessibility

    We want everyone to feel welcome at our events. If you have any specific access needs, please let us know when booking your tickets. Whether it’s wheelchair access, dietary restrictions, or any other accommodations, we’re here to make sure you have an enjoyable experience. 

  • Does my ticket include any food and drinks?

    After the service, treat yourself to a complimentary mince pie and a festive drink! If you’d like, you can make a small donation for your drink (or drinks) to help us raise even more funds for our vital work. 

  • Can I bring children to the event?

    Yes, everyone is invited to the carol service! 

  • What time does the event begin?

    The time for the 2025 event will be confirmed closer to the time.

  • Virtual tickets

    Join us wherever you are in the world with a virtual ticket. Tickets will be confirmed closer to the time.
