Our Carols are a true community event with seats sold on a first-come first-served basis (you never know who you might be sat next to!).
Life happens, and we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know at least five days before the event, and we’ll happily issue a refund. This helps us ensure no seat goes to waste and the evening raises maximum funds for our aid projects in Syria. If you can’t cancel five days in advance, consider gifting your ticket to a friend.
We want everyone to feel welcome at our events. If you have any specific access needs, please let us know when booking your tickets. Whether it’s wheelchair access, dietary restrictions, or any other accommodations, we’re here to make sure you have an enjoyable experience.
Where possible, we do try to include a virtual ticket for Action Syria Carols, so if you’d rather join us from your sofa, that’s fine too. Details of ticket-types will be available closer to the event.
