This magical evening brings together voices in solidarity with Syrian communities, who are beginning the long journey to recovery after 14 years of conflict and displacement.

This Christmas, lift your voice to support lasting recovery for Syrian communities. Join us for our annual candlelit carol concert in the heart of London.

 

  • Buying tickets

    Tickets for Action Syria Carols 2026 will go on sale in October. For now, save the date – we can’t wait to see you there!

  • Seating arrangements and tickets
    This year, we are offering two types of tickets: Standard (£29) and Premium (£45). Seats at the Premium ticket price have unobstructed views, while seats at the Standard ticket price may have obstructed views.

    We appreciate that offering Premium tickets is a change from previous years. As the cost of delivering our annual carol service continues to rise, alongside an increasingly challenging fundraising environment and increasing need in Syria, we are looking for thoughtful ways to generate additional income, while making sure that the event remains accessible. The Premium ticket offers an enhanced experience for those who are able and willing to contribute a little more towards our work.

  • Cancellation policy

    Life happens, and we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know at least seven days before the event, and we’ll happily issue a refund. This helps us ensure no seat goes to waste and the evening raises maximum funds for our health and education projects for Syrian communities. If you can’t cancel seven days in advance, consider gifting your ticket to a friend. 

  • Accessibility

    We want everyone to feel welcome at our events. If you have any specific access needs, please let us know when booking your tickets. Whether it’s wheelchair access, dietary restrictions, or any other accommodations, we’re here to make sure you have an enjoyable experience. 

    Please note that the toilet facilities at St Bartholomew the Great are not wheelchair accessible. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

  • Does my ticket include any food and drinks?

    After the service, treat yourself to a complimentary mince pie and a festive drink! If you’d like, you can make a small donation for your drink (or drinks) to help us raise even more funds to support Syrian communities. 

  • Can I bring children to the event?

    Yes, everyone is invited to the carol service! 

  • What time does the event begin?

    The carol service will start at 7pm.

  • Virtual tickets

    Join us wherever you are in the world with a virtual ticket. Tickets will be on sale in October.

  • Terms and conditions
    Action Syria reserve the right to:
    1. Change the price of tickets at any time. Any change to the price of tickets will not affect the price paid by customers who have already purchased a ticket.
    2. Withdraw any ticket tier from sale. If a ticket tier is withdrawn, customers who have already purchased a ticket within that tier will retain the original ticket’s entitlements.
